DITOMES, LLC. (Hereinafter referred to as "our company") provides services to customers (hereinafter referred to as "this service") based on the following online shopping terms of use (hereinafter referred to as "this agreement"). If you purchase products through this site ( defined in Article 1 ) or use this site, you are deemed to have agreed to these terms.

Article 2 (Conclusion of contract)

If the customer wishes to purchase the product, he / she shall apply for the purchase of the product and place an order according to the method specified by the Company.

The customer's above application is accepted and the sales contract with us is concluded when the "Order Complete" button is pressed on this site regardless of the payment method and delivery method of the product selected by the customer.


Article 3 (Payment method, delivery method, refund)

You can pay by credit card as the payment method for the purchase price . In addition, the shipping fee of the product will be borne by the customer. The payment method determined by the customer on the order screen cannot be changed after the sales contract in Article 2 has been concluded.

If the order is canceled due to our company's convenience or customer's convenience, it will be treated as a refund and will be refunded to the payment method used at the time of payment. Please note that it may take up to 2 weeks for refunds to your credit card to be reflected in your statement, depending on the credit card company and bank you are using.


Article 4 (receipt)

We will email you a receipt after Article 2 is completed to the email listed in your account.  You may also obtain a copy at any time by navigating to your previous orders.


Article 5 (Sales price)

The displayed price on this site is the selling price at the time when the purchase is started, and is subject to change. Please note that if the price is changed, the changed price will be applied only to the transaction after the change, and no compensation or discount will be given to the transaction before the change.


Article 6 (Personal import)

All products purchased on this site will be treated as "individual imports" and will be shipped directly from our distributor to the customer. All personally imported products are premised on the customer's own "personal use / consumption", and resale for commercial purposes is prohibited by law. We are not responsible for any penalties or fines for customers due to sale or transfer, and any troubles with products purchased on this site. For personal imports, customs duties, consumption tax, customs fees, etc. may be charged separately at the time of customs clearance. Customers are responsible for all additional costs. Please check the customs website for details. http://www.customs.go.jp

Article 7 (Delivery / Purchase limit / Quantity / Other purchase restrictions)

Regarding delivery, we will forward to shipping company within 2 business days after ordering. However, it can take up to 5 business days depending on the weather and the shipping company.

The maximum purchase amount and quantity of personal imports are all at the discretion of the customs officer at the time of customs clearance, and we are not responsible for any part of the purchased contents being discarded. In addition, since this site may include products that are prohibited from being sold to minors in Japan, we check the age during the purchase process and prohibit sales to minors.

Average shipping time to mainland Japan is 7-25 business days.  2-3 additional days are required for orders to Okinawa or outlying islands.


Article 8 (Cancellation / Return / Exchange / Out of Stock)

Orders can only be canceled before shipping. Due to the nature of international shipping, we cannot accept cancellations after shipping. 

We do not accept returns or exchanges of products.
In addition, in the case of initial failure of the product, you must contact us within 10 days from the arrival of the product (hereinafter referred to as "return period"), and we will confirm the initial failure by the contact method that we think is appropriate. In that case, we will send you a replacement.

Due to the structure of Vape products, what is generally called "leakage" is not refundable or exchangeable in principle.

In the unlikely event that a product different from the order is sent due to our mistake, we will refund the product instead of resending it.

In addition, if we are out of stock after the sale, please understand that we will refund only the shortage and deliver only the in stock.

Please note that we do not guarantee any damage during delivery or opening the delivery from customs officers. If the item is returned without contacting us, we will not be responsible for any costs such as shipping costs for the return.

In addition, if the address is entered incorrectly due to a customer's deficiency, or if the delivery company in Japan exceeds the storage deadline, in principle, we will request the delivery company to destroy it, and we will not accept any refund. In principle, we will refund the returned amount after we receive it only when the returned item is returned to us at the request of the customer. In that case, a return fee will be charged.


Article 9 (Transfer of ownership and risk of loss)

All goods purchased on this site, regardless of the payment and shipping method you choose, shall transfer the risk of loss and ownership of the goods to you upon delivery from us.


Article 10 (Matters to be canceled)

If the customer falls under any of the following acts, the Company shall be able to cancel the sales contract with the customer or take other appropriate measures without notifying the customer in advance, thereby causing damage to the customer. If it does occur, we will not take any responsibility.

When the customer receives the order, the delivery is not completed even though it was delivered to the specified address, such as when the address is unknown or the item is returned to us by the shipping company due to a long absence.

When it becomes clear that the customer's ability to pay has been compromised.

When the product ordered by the customer is out of stock and cannot be delivered easily.

We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness or usefulness of price display, product description, or other content posted on this site related to this service.

Many of the products we sell contain nicotine, but they can be harmful to your health. We are not responsible for any personal health effects. Personal import is a product import at your own risk. You will be responsible for any disadvantages associated with your personally imported products. 

We use an external vendor for delivery. Normally, the product will be delivered to Japan in 1-2 weeks, but we are not responsible for any delays caused by external delivery companies due to seasonal factors, incorrect delivery routes, etc.

Do not use this service to commit criminal acts or other acts that cause damage to the Company or a third party.
