Warranty/Returns/Refunds & Failure to Pickup Order

WARRANTY, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

1. 100% Money back guarantee for defective items. Defective items or missing parts must be reported within 15 days of delivery. Returns and exchanges for any other reason will not be accepted.  

2. Items damaged via user error, improper use, or abuse are NEVER covered by JAM VAPES, nor the manufacturer's warranty of the products in question. Damages such as these include but are not limited to cross-threading, plier marks, stripped screws, water damage, e-LIQUID intrusion, scratches, dents or signs of being dropped, etc.

3. Hardware replacements will only be considered once the return has been inspected and diagnosed by our Quality Control Department. If approved, replacements will be sent if still available. If there is damage to the item(s), as described in paragraph 2 above the item(s) will be returned to the customer.

4.  To process at return, please log into your account, select completed orders and select item you wish to return. Provide as much information as possible.  Package and return your product within 15 days of receipt to our delivery team at any one of our delivery locations.  Ensure your returns authority number is clearly marked on the package.

 5. You will receive notification from us within 48 hours indicating the status of your request.

Note: Due to health and safety reasons there are no returns or refunds on E-Liquid.  Same flavor replacements on Jam Vapes Juice may be permitted if reported within 3 days of receipt of product.

FAILURE TO PICK UP ORDER

1. We understand that due to the demands of military life and hectic work schedules here in Okinawa that you may be unable to pickup your order as scheduled.  We will hold your order for 30 days from your selected delivery date, during which time you may pickup at any of our delivery locations.  After 30 days we will be contact you via email requesting a status update regarding delivery of your order.  When 45 days have expired from your selected delivery date and we have not received a status update, your order will be cancelled.
